"Електрична енергія. Аукціони на імпорт/експорт (Electricity. Import/Export Auctions)"

Відповідно до положень розділу 5 Регламенту організації та проведення електронного аукціону з купівлі-продажу електричної енергії для подальшого імпорту/експорту на товарній біржі - Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Українська енергетична біржа» надаємо належним чином заповнену реєстраційну анкету та просимо надати право ініціювати виставлення позиції (позицій), а також право участі в торгах по позиціях, виставлених іншими ініціаторами позицій на електронних аукціонах з купівлі-продажу електричної енергії для подальшого імпорту/експорту.

In accordance with the provisions of section 5 of the Regulations on the organization and conduct of an electronic auction for the purchase and sale of electricity for further import/export on the commodity exchange - the Ukrainian Energy Exchange Limited Liability Company provides a duly completed registration form and requests the right to initiate the posting of a position (positions ), as well as the right to participate in auctions for items placed by other initiators of items at electronic auctions for the purchase and sale of electrical energy for further import/export.

Note: All fields of the application form (unless indicated separately) are mandatory. The corresponding fields shall be filled up in English and Ukrainian.

ВАЖЛИВО! Документи, видані уповноваженими державними органами країни-місцезнаходження нерезидента відповідно до законодавства цієї держави, повинні бути легалізовані (консульська легалізація чи проставлення апостиля) в установленому законодавством порядку, якщо інше не встановлено міжнародними договорами.

Всі документи, викладені іноземною мовою, повинні бути перекладені українською мовою із засвідченням правильності перекладу з однієї мови на іншу.

After completing the registration, your e-mail address will be notified within 10 (ten) working days of the decision of the Exchange Committee regarding to provide you a lease of an exchange place. In case of a positive decision, a package of documents is attached to the e-mail, which you print out, sign, seal and send to the Accreditation Department in paper form: 01030, Ukraine, Kyiv, Bohdana Khmelnytskoho str., 17/52, (BC "Leonardo"), 4th floor, Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC.
